Starting tomorrow I’m going to be doing the paleo diet.
My aim is not mainly to lose weight but to make myself eat more healthier, less processed food. It’s also to make me be more creative with the things I eat instead of sandwiches and crisps!
I haven’t done that much research but will be doing it as I go along. I recently have been doing the keto diet (low carb) and got some good results from that but half way through I cheated and never stopped eating carbs since then.
My aim is to do a month solid on paleo breakfast lunch and dinner starting tomorrow!
I will update you with photos and detailed descriptions of what I’m eating and what affects the diet has on me!
I’m typing this as I eat a bag of Doritos so yeah but tomorrow I won’t be eating them anymore 😩
